Deleting notability from Icloud

As an attempt to free up my icloud storage space, i want to delete the notability from icloud, BUT I don’t want to delete it from my ipad. I have turned off the icloud syncing from the notability app itself. Now, when i go to the “manage storage” section on iCloud settings and click on “delete documents and data” , i get a tab that says that “this action will delete all documents and data from this app stored on this ipad and in icloud”. Does that mean all my notes will be deleted even from my ipad? Or only from icloud.
