iphone x ghost touch

How do you fix an iPhone X that has "ghost touch" issues? My phone is just over 2 years old and started doing random things on its own about 8 months ago. Opens apps, types a rapid-fire succession of random letters when texting or composing any text in any app or page, super clicks or doesn't click at all on tabs/items/apps, dials phone numbers, creates texts, hyper-opens multiple things and seems to have seizures as it switches frantically between screens on the home screen.

Hard resets and full factory resets have not resolved it, and the software is up to date. I have taken it to a BestBuy Geek Squad appointment and they told me they couldn't touch it. It has not been damaged or cracked.

HELP!! I live in the middle of nowhere--the nearest Apple store is 4 hours away!
