Battery Health Iissue

I had bought my iPhone11promax on October 26, 2019 and my battery health capacity isn't normal.4 days ago mero battey health maximum capacity was at 90%. But now it is 88%. My battery health capacity is decreasing fast and it isn't in normal peak performance. Help me guys

When it drops to 80% replace the battery.
