I deleted voice memos and notes from Icloud to free up space there because I thought it was stored on my iphone anyways (it was shown in storage data that it was). After I deleted, it disappear not only from Icloud, but also from the storage of my Iphone. Is it possivel to recover that? If I check storage information for voice memos for example, it's consuming space there but no voice memo is seen anymore.

If you also happened to remove the data from the respective deleted folder in Voice Memos and Notes, then it's gone.
