Apple TV 4 menu

In apple tv 3 movies showed in a list and as you move along the list the movie icon and description comes up next to list. Now with apple tv 4 only have an icon view and have to click on each one to see description. Can this be changed???

I can no longer remove shows from the "Up Next" menu. One Long press does not give me the option to delete a show. I used to be able to remove shows from the "Up Next" menu by long-pressing a show on the "Up Next" menu. Now, when I long-press the image, nothing happens. Also: "Up Next" looks different on AppleTV screen and other devices (MacStudio, iPad, and iPhone). The "Up Next" items do not synch between Apple TV and other devices. There are 15 items on the Apple TV screen, but only 3 items on other devices. If the items synched, I could easily edit them on Mac, iPad or iPhone, but the shows I want to delete do not appear on those devices. And I do not have that option on the AppleTV. I have signed out of Apple TV on my iPad and iPhone and re-installed the apps, but this does not fix the problem.

Apple TV cant view the full descriptions of movies When I select a movie in Apple TV the description is often truncated with dots.... When I use the controller to try to swipe over and select the description Apple TV moves on to the next movie. I can move the controller up or down to rent, or buy or add to up next or even view a preview. But I cant go to the right to read the full description? This worked in previous version of Apple TV How do I simply click on the description so that I can see the description??

How to control the previews on the Apple TV app screen? How do you control the previews for new shows that appear when you swipe over to the Apple TV app icon? I would like the ability to say "never show me this again".

No, there is a difference in the user interfaces between Apple TV 2nd/3rd generations to Apple TV HD & 4K models. You will simply have to get used to them. We have 3 ATV 3's in our home and 1 4K unit and I got used to the change quickly, it took my wife a bit longer to adapt.
