iPhone 6 ghost touch

hello

so recently I was skateboarding and my wheel hit a cherry seed and I fell down. once I got up I checked my iPhone 6 and the LCD was horribly damaged. then I unlocked the phone and it immediately started opening apps on its own. I read in some articles that this could be because the motherboard was damaged and others said the digitizer was broken. what is going on with my phone? Help?
