I meant the Apple ID/iCloud account of the Macbook air that I recently upgraded to the CatalinaOS. Now I cannot access my iBooks, Photos etc from my other Apple devices. I signed out my Apple ID and restarted the Mac. Now that I am signing in to my Apple ID, there is this message : Verification failed, an unknown error occurred.

What else does the error state? And how are you trying to sign in to iCloud on the MacBook? Are you doing it via the Safari browser?
