Trying to Legacy Boot/BIOS boot Windows 7/8.1 from USB "Windows" Not Showing up on USB Boot (EFI Only)

Hey guys quick question.

Trying to install windows dual booted using bootcamp and mid 2010 iMac. I'm reading everywhere that some issues that i'm having are likely because I'm installing windows using UEFI install method thus crippling the video and audio drivers.

I've completely wiped and reinstalled OSX and i'm trying to figure out why when i boot using alt/option I can only see the efi Option and not "windows" and efi.

Is there someway to force legacy boot from the usb that i'm not aware of?

Also fyi i formatted the USB using a modified Boot Camp (Plist hack)

FOR THOSE WITH A SIMILAR ISSUE

I've been reading and it SEEMS (would love to be proven wrong) that the ONLY way to Boot Windows in Legacy mode thus getting around the UEFI limitations is using the Built-in DVD drive and trying to do so with USB is futile.

SO, i've given up on this computer until we're able to replace the disk drive

Also the reason i'm not just using the DVD installer is because my Internal Drive is Broken!
