Exercise Minutes & Stand Hours are Too High

The Activity App is showing ridiculously high Exercise and Stand Minutes for the day before I setup my Apple Watch 5 and the day I started using it

07/15/20:

  • Exercise - 1,440/30 min
  • Stand - 24/12 hrs

07/16/20:

  • Exercise - 813/30 min
  • Stand - 17/12 hrs

I have deleted All Data for those 2 days from the Health App and from Settings> Health> Data Access & Devices> Devices and went through each device to delete all data from those 2 days.

I also checked and made sure my Body Measurements are correct as I read that caused issues with some of the Activity Data

I am not sure what data is being pulled for the Exercise and Stand to be so high only for those 2 days.

I spoke with Apple Support and they had me unpair, pair, setup AW5 as new... unpair again, restore iPhone and setup as new.. pair with Watch and the issue persisted. They then forwarded the case to the engineers. I was told that Nike Run club dumped months of data onto those 2 days in the Activity App and there’s no way to erase it.
