iPhone 11 freezes on contacts app, phone app and messages app

I am currenton iOS 13.6 (just updated) and a few updates before that I noticed that my iPhone freezes when I open contacts app (if I try to search for a specific contact it freezes, and when I scroll down to find it manually the app crashes). Contacts app also freezes when I add a new contact. Same happens when I open the phone app. I open it and when I press to make a call nothing happens, sometimes it works but most of the times does not. Last but not least, my iPhone freezes in messages app. i have to try opening it 3 or 4 times in order to open correctly. What happens is that it crashes immediately.

I have done hard reset and I have also updated it in Recovery mode through iTunes. I avoid the restore so far, do you have any ideas?

To everybody who’s still suffering, I found a partial solution, at least for my issue (which was the screen & app freezing as soon as I’d click a contact’s name in the Phone App).

1) Bring every apple device you own to one location so you can do the following steps on each device at the same time.

2) Go into the settings/system preferences of each device.

3) Find the iCloud settings for your iCloud account.

4) In the iCloud settings for each device, turn off “Contacts” (and if you have problems with the messages app, turn that off too).

4) Wait 15-20 minutes (while you’re waiting, log into iCloud’s web portal, go to contacts, and delete any duplicate contacts you may have).

5) After 15-20 minutes, turn contacts back on via the iCloud settings on on your phone first and then the rest of your devices.

This didn’t perfectly solve the problem, but I can at least call people now. It no longer freezes when I click their name, but it still freezes occasionally if I try to delete a contact.
