I have been charged twice for one subscription

The music streaming application Yandex Music charged me twice for one month subscription. I have been using this app for a while, but never had a problem before. However this month the app charged me $1.99 and $2.49 separately for my one month subscription. I have been trying to contact Apple support with my problem, but I can't contact them from my region or ask any questions. Can somebody help me?
iPhone 6s, iOS 12
