Hello sweeda,

Thanks for that info and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. We understand that you are unable to connect to Network Attached Storage (NAS) drive on your Mac. I have a similar problem and I'm running the latest version of Catalina. I have a WD MyCloud Mirror which has worked perfectly with my Mac and other machines for several years. Since Catalina, I can connect to the drive using Command+K and inputting either the smb or afp address. But I cannot connect by clicking on the WDMyCloudMirror icon in the sidebar under Locations, or by clicking on Network in the sidebar and then the WDMyCloudMirror icon. TimeMachine is also no longer able to connect to the NAS drive either as Guest or as a registered user.

Can you suggest a way forward? I have checked all the permissions on both sides and made sure there is no firewall turned on.
