I am doing the shared family plan but it’s my friends. She never took me off of it and now my iTunes isn’t working at all

See Sign in with your Apple ID - Apple Support and make sure you are signed into your Apple ID for media.

Whether or not iTunes works on your computer is not connected with how your purchases are paid for. Perhaps you could be clearer about whether you have a problem with the iTunes Store, or with the iTunes application. It would also help if you could provide more details about the symptoms of your issue, error messages, unexpected behaviour, etc.
