Whether or not iTunes works on your computer is not connected with how your purchases are paid for. Perhaps you could be clearer about whether you have a problem with the iTunes Store, or with the iTunes application. It would also help if you could provide more details about the symptoms of your issue, error messages, unexpected behaviour, etc.

It’s on my phone. It will only show this. I am not able to download any music. It was working and all of a sudden I had no music nothing. I don’t understand what is happening
