My email turn blank off and on. More on than off. What shall I do. I turn off and on the iPad, resign in to email. Did every thing support personal suggested. Nothing is working. My email turn blank off and on. More on than off.

iOS email app will not open My iOS email on my iPad will not open. I have done all updates, done hard restarts and it still will not open. Looks like it is but just get blank screen then just my Home Screen.

On my iPad the email screen is unresponsive. It is updating the emails but touching the screen does nothing. When I access email the emails are being received but when I touch the screen nothing happens.

Hello,

In the lower left corner of Mail > You have filtered mail enabled. Tap the filtered button to view all messages.
