Mail won’t save new password for OUTLOOK acount
Scenario: i have 3 Outlook accounts. One account was required to change password. i did so. Now every minute or so, (iPhone) an alert box pops up telling me to go to settings to enter my password, or “Cancel” - no matter which i choose, this alert will pop up, again and again, even interrupting me in Settings as i’m entering my new password. Never will this new password seem to be SAVED.
The new password works, as expected, when i go to Outlook in a computer browser, or when i use a second party mail application (thunderbird) in the computer.
Also, both other Outlook account continue to work properly.
What gives - it’s pretty much impossible to use the phone with this alert popping up all the time? Curiously, it hasn’t popped up as i type this. It seems to go in cycles, giving me a break for a while, then it starts again. ! ? !
