My MackBook Air keeps crashing

I have a MackBook Air that I got mid 2018. It runs on Catalina and it's up-to-date. It started crashing randomly about a month ago and after a bit of search in here and on YouTube, I came to conclusion that I might have too many apps or other background programs that are draining the memory hence the crashes. I ran the diagnostics and disk utilities tests and they both came back fine. I deleted and removed Gigabytes of unused apps, documents, photos, and videos. I even thought it could be attributed to my Safari or Chrome but at times it crashes when nothing is even running and both search engines are closed. Please help. What test should I run on it to see what is causing these random crashes? Or what app do I need to download to help with diagnostics/fixing? It has crashed in the middle of some of the most crucial parts of my daily work.

Major Issues:

Anything that appears on this list needs immediate attention.

No Time Machine backup - Time Machine backup not found.

Battery failure - Your battery is reporting that it needs to be serviced.

Unsigned files - There are unsigned software files installed that could be adware and should be reviewed.

Stuck iCloud - This machine has a large number of pending iCloud transfers.

Low disk space - This machine is running critically low on free hard drive space.

Other than the potential adware I suppose the battery issue could be causing the shutdowns. You are still low on disk space, you need to free up more, if you are placing items in the trash make sure you're emptying the trash. Look into the iCloud issue also, you might try turning iCloud off and testing.

For the potential adware you can run the free version of Malwarebytes for Mac, after you run it and get rid of any crud you can uninstall it also.

Yes, I saw the report. I think it might be the battery. I'm surprised about the space since there is 30GB of free space. I deleted a lot of apps and documents and videos/photos once the problem started happening. Ran the Malwarebytes and it came back clean. Gotta work on the iCloud but I think it comes down to the battery.

Thanks a lot for putting your time into helping me.
