My child's MacBook Air has Screen Time set up, which I can operate via Family Sharing. We've forgotten the passcode and tried everything we can possibly remember. I've followed the Apple Support instructions for resetting it on my iPhone as well as on my iMac. But there's never a link to "Forgot Passcode?" as the support page's screenshots show. Not sure what's happening. Can anyone suggest a way around this? Thanks in advance!

but the good news is that now it is fixed. Had to do it on iOS. But now works. I think maybe failed attempts timed us out for a bit.
