My wife's Iphone is full and while trying to back up to Itunes (it hadn't been backed up in a long time). The phone froze and got stuck on the apple start up screen. I tried to do an update to the phone to recover the photos. The update failed giving an error code 14, I assume its due to the phone been almost full. The phone is stuck in now recovery mode. I do not want to restore the phone I am desperately trying to recover the pictures on it. Please help!?!?
updating the device by connecting it by the cable to a computer with itunes installed require less free storage
Thank you, I think I am getting the error because the phone is too full to accept the update. Is there a way to update a phone that is full without restoring?
