Hi, I am trying to edit thousands of slides at a resolution of 4000x3000. I have already changed the settings of the project but the black bars still there. Does anyone know how to get a full screen?

Black bars are there because your images have 4:3 aspect ratio and your project is 16:9.
You can set your project to a custom size in 4:3 aspect ratio, or you can change the Spatial Conform of the images from Fit to Fill.
The images will er... Fill the frame (cropping a bit off from the top and bottom).
I hav e done that but it does not alter the size

Mmmmm the viewer removes the black bars but when I play it full screen they are back.... It is nit a problem on the computer but when I project it to a big wall, I want to black bars.
1200x800 on a 5x2 mts wall... it might be too low, no?
Not the transform tool. The viewer itself. Let's go back. What are your project properties/ 4000x3000 or something else?
