Rejecting the genuine proof of purchase documents

It's been 6 months so far stuck on this activation lock removal. I submitted genuine proof of purchase documents but Apple rejected twice and then they agreed once with the description "Activation lock is removed. Restore the device"

When I restored, the activation lock it stll persist. Again I submitted the same genuine proof of purchase documents but this time again it's rejected.

Can Apple please streamline this process to make customer satisfaction? As the customer no way to reach the document verification team directly.

It's really I feel a mystery that what documents verification team follow the process to do the verification as the same set of documents agreed earlier and then rejected recently.

If it continues I surely recommend to my friend/family that not to use apple products by stating my issue.

Thanks,

Karthik

Consider Screensharing:

If you need to show an Apple Rep what you are doing - while on the phone - then open the Camera app and screenshare your iPhone. Enable Speakerphone and point this out to them, firsthand.
