Mac stuck in windows

I sort of used a partition tool to give my windows partition more space and now I am stuck in windows and whenever I press option and try to go back to Mac when restarting it gives me this disabled icon where the apple logo should be

iMac 27″ 5K, macOS 10.15

MacBook Air stuck on Windows 10 My MacBook Air (2019) will not boot back into MacOS and I am currently stuck on Windows 10. Whenever I hold down the option key, I just get a screen with a grey lock on it and a password prompt thing. Same with command + r. Please help me.

Cant use my Imac Hello, When I turn on my Imac the screen is stuck with the apple logo. I tried to use the first aid in the recovery mode and I got an error. I even tried to reinstall the macos but I cant because the hard drive is “locked” I’ll be glad to receive your help
