When I open my mail on icloud.com in windows, I am able to view emails at first. But after one or two mails I get this pop up with the error 'Cannot load message'. If I click it away and reload the mail I can read it however. This popup makes it impossible to read my emails. It happens on both chrome and microsoft edge browsers. Chrome gives the notification 'not secure' for icloud.com.

Yes! I could open emails on icloud.com no problem until about 2 weeks ago!
So, you are not getting the "Cannot load message. This message cannot be loaded at this time Try again later." error?
Possibly. My Icloud is in Dutch so ‘Cannot load message’ was just a rough translation of ‘Kan dit bericht niet laden’.

Those are exactly the steps that I now have to follow. The only exception seems to be for the first message or two immediately after turning on my computer. And that is only sometimes.
same as you all - started about 2 weeks ago - check mail at iCloud.com via Dell & Mac, first couple engage, then it posts the rejections on every subsequent email. iPad works.
