I would start by updating the OS. You are using 10.15.4. There were some issues with 2020 Macs and video applications in earlier versions of Catalina, that were resolved around 10.15.6, I think.

This Quicktime issue may be related.

I was just about to contact Apple Support to return laptop. I am having crashes daily. I am going to try to delete all my photos. I had moved all my photos to my other macbook (2018) and it ran through all of the photos without a crash. So I'm unsure if its a bug or a bad hardware issue. I am within my 30 day return.

Please start a new thread, since the problem seems to be completely different.

Also, to save time, when you do, please post an Etrecheck report so we can know enough about your hardware and software to try and figure out what may be causing it.

Try uninstalling this aviatrix thing. As the report says, it appears it may be adware.
