"App cannot be updated because it was refunded or purchased with a different Apple ID." - while I am logged in

I have bought MacBook pro 13'' from a shop in my country. We don't have any authorised seller here so this was the only option.

When I try to update pre loaded applications GarageBand, KeyNote, Numbers, iMovie and Pages, I get "iMovie cannot be updated because it was refunded or purchased with a different Apple ID." message and those apps don't get updated. I was logged in but still this message appears. I have now a doubt if the seller sold me a used device.

Please tell me if this can happen because it's a used device. If not, how can I solve this issue? This is the only apple ID I used in my device and those apps were already installed when I purchased.

Thank you.
