16-inch Macbook Pro won't turn on out of the box (3 separate units)

Hello. I bought a new 16-inch MacBook Pro and it wouldn't power on out of the box. Even after charging it over night and doing the SMC reset, double checking that the power was working on the socket and charger, using the charger that came with the MacBook Pro, and yet it still wouldn't turn on. All I get is the dead battery icon. Called apple support and they couldn't figure it out either and said to return it.

So I returned it and was sent a replacement unit which again, out of the box did not turn on. Again, I went through the motions of doing everything I stated above to no avail, so for a second time, I returned it for a replacement unit.

Got the replacement unit today, and same thing--it wont turn on. Is there something specifically wrong with this MacBook Pro build? Any fix anyone know of?

Planning on returning it tomorrow for a full refund if it still doesn't turn on from being plugged in over night.

Yes. I have been plugging it directly into the wall socket without using any extension cords. Since last night, I have scoured through the internet looking for a solution to this particular issue, and so far I have found a handful of people with the same problem, all of whom have received the same solution--to return the defective unit to Apple--which is what I will do today.

Thank you for trying to help and figure out the issue. Perhaps it is just a bad batch in the production line.

Are you plugging the chargers directly into the wall sockets or are you using an extension cord? The reason I'm asking is that I've never heard of your issue where three separate computers do not charge. If you received three computers and all three would not charge on receipt and it was a computer issue, there would be thousands of similar posts here from the millions of users who bought computers.
