How do I turn on Hand Washing Detection?

I have watch OS7 and iOS14 on my phone, but I cannot find settings to turn it on.

I found out that you have to activate this feature in the settings, but I haven't found this option in the Watch app on my iphone and neither in the Settings directly on Apple Watch. No hand washing option os7 on my iphone8 ios14 Just updated phone and series 5 watch, the app does not have hand washing listed as an option, I’ve restarted both devices twice still not there. What went wrong?

Hand washing on Apple Watch Series 3 Edition Hand washing isn’t available on my Apple Watch Series 3 Edition after I updated to watch OS 7, while it’s stated that it should be available. Anyone else having the same issue? It doesn’t show up in Settings or in the My Watch app?

Oh, so it does not work on a Series 3 Watch? I wonder why they don't say that anywhere.

I have been speaking with Apple Support, and they have not mentioned this as an issue.
