My iPhone 11 has been stuck on preparing update

My iPhone 11 has been stuck on preparing update for 3 days. I have tried deleting the update, restarting my phone, updating from my computer, but nothing works. Every time I try to update my phone I get stuck at preparing update. I have well over 20gb of storage left and have been connected wifi. Is there anyway to update my phone?
