Delayed notifications

I have just tried completely turning off mobile data and just using wifi. Some notifications still come late. Even when I’m using the phone(meaning the wifi is definitely working properly)

I am glad that this fix worked for you if it still is. But I think we should not offer this as a solution ‘cause then it would be easy for the devs to say “there we go they found a fix” and not bother trying to figure out what’s actually wrong

I am facing the same problem. I already updated my iPhone 12 to the latest OS but still having problems receiving real time notification especially with my LINE app. I am also having a hard time with whatsapp but not as bad as my LINE app. I have tried most of the things I found in this discussion but I can’t seem to get it right. The one thing I have no problem at all is receiving calls by cellular data. Is using a third-party app to clean my phone’s working? I’m afraid it will only make my phone’s condition worse.

I appreciate Great Response from Apple Team for my post, Instead of replying me to my mail and deleting my post, they can fix the Software bug or replace or refund the cost for the device which will be a great headache relief to customers, Hands Off to Very Good Device manufactured in Very Good Apple Manufacturing Facility, talented Engineering Team, Precious iOS Software and a high price tag Brand Name, Salute to it, Thanks for deleting my post and keeping me very hot on Apple Devices and Apple.

Notification problems for me on my iPhone SE (original), so I think issue is likely software and not related to new phone

This is the IPhone SE2020 😭 so they need to release a software update?

Thanks for the suggestion, but my phone is only a few days old—so everything is ‘fresh.’

What do you mean, ‘ask for a change?’ Like, just hand them my phone and say ‘fix it?’

Software defects are not corrected under warranty by anyone, ever.

Apple servers don't handle WhatsApp messages.

They handle ALL push notifications from any app.

They are originated on Whatsapp servers (provider server). If only it’s happening with Whatsapp service, then that’s For Whatsapp to fix it.

And i forgot to tell that this happens with:

Messenger

Facebook Notification

Outlook Mail App

Mail

Viber

The only one I get timely is Messages.

Exactly, I mean, get notifications on time it's just vital during anytime... because, Why we have a cellphone if we couldn't communicate fast?! Hope Apple could fix this very soon...
