I have a user that her Outlook emails previews are not showing on lock screen - only gets the message - click here to see your email. This just started happened, after we upgrade to IOS 14 that is the reason, why I am sending this email, in case you guys can help.

Go to Settings>Notifications>Outlook>Show Preview and make sure it's set to "Always (Default)".
This is not work for outlook. Apple has to make some change...

That works but only for BYOD devices, but not much for Automated enrolment (DEP) devices as it causes all kind of issues if trying to use App Store instead of VPP...
Same issue. This looks like a screw up on Apples Part with the ios 14.0 and 14.01 Update. Will they fix it soon? Who knows. In the mean time it is very annoying.
