Personal hot spot

No option “personal hot spot” - iPhone 11 (iOS 14) and iPhone 6s (iOS 13), both on the same account of my child 15 y.o. No found any restrictions from the cellular provider.

My be some restrictions from Apple ID (family, child..)?

Another problem?

AT&T stated that I was already setup to use a hotspot and there was nothing more they could do.


They asked what iOS I was using and I let them know I just updated and they stated it was most likely an Apple problem.


I have tried resetting my network settings several times. I have removed my SIM card. Nothing seems to fix this.


Based on the fact that the hotspot option is completely gone...it seems like an obvious iOS issue.


What is Apple doing to address this?
