One USB Port not working

Hi All,

I have a 2017 MBP and recently, I am having an issue where my MAC seems like it isn't going to sleep properly and remains warm.

Additionally, one of the USB-C ports on the right port near the headphone jack is not registering it when I plug the computer into the power outlet (official cables from Apple) or my USB-C flash drive.

About a week and half ago, I was experiencing many charging issues where the computer would not charge when plugged in after doing a lot of research I reset the NVRam and the SMC several time, but after a few hours the problem seems to resurface.

I have run the built in hardware test and the computer comes back with a clean bill of health. Does anyone have any insight? From my reading, it seems there are some software issues with 10.15.6 that affect the battery which was my initial problem. I am unsure if it is a problem with the current software release or hardware. I am also unsure how related the SMC is to to the software updates from Apple.
