My iPhone cannot connect with the WiFi since the update IOS 14.1.. What can I do?

Tried Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
and removed the wifi network on the phone.
Same problem when I try to connect to the hotspot on my Ipad.
WIfi on the ipad Pro with ios 14.0.1 is working fine.
Even I have an issue connecting to 4g and there are some bugs while connecting another device with my personal hotspot on my iPhone after the iOS 14.1 update.
What worked for my 11 pro was to remove all traces of VPN, third party and ios. We have a second iphone 7 with no vpn and there have been no issues.

You need to turn OFF automatic updates on all your devices. When the bugs are removed, you can manually update.
Trust me, one bad update can disable all your devices.
I turned it off then turned it back on and finally connected to WIFI. They have bugs in this 14.1 version.
This is the least useful reply on this forum.
And if after 30 years you have not fixed your 3 lines C program ....

Did you try deleting the VPN on your iPad?
DO NOT JUST try to shut it off. I had the same problem (keep reconnecting) : Remove it! (Delete the app). And please go to 14.1 ASAP. 14.0.1 is indeed full of issues.
It appears 14.1 DID NOT fix the WiFi issues.
Does it matter which iPhone you have?
It seems to work for some but not for others.
I had the Norton VPN on my phone. I canceled that part of the download and everything came up.

If you use VPN that is probably the reason. The other possible cause is if you access more than one network with the same SSID (name).
