well my case is different . i literally cant even toggle on the wifi and bluetooth at all . so i totally can't connect my iphone to wifi at all . rip my ceccular data .

My toggle was not there until the hardware was reset. Xx

I have a similar case. Mi wifi is greyed out, sometimes when I reset network settings, can be that turn on but in those occasions don’t recognize none network.

Apple must come up with the solution or you need to change platforms.

Setting your DNS server manually to 8.8.8.8 still works for me

That would indicate a local interference problem. Many routers have an option to find the best channel. You might try that. Or switch to the 5 GHz band, which has many more channels.

That’s exactly what is was. I set my router to auto and I think it was butting heads with my extender. Once I changed to a static channel, the issue was resolved

Tried that. Says for a spilt second its connected then stops & says not connected & pops up "unable to join the network".

Try to uninstall ALL vpn's on your phone. Don't just shut them off, you have to uninstall them. That worked for me.

Tried it, & I also have other devices that never had VPN downloaded & still have the same issue.

Anote me there. I have the same problem, frequently the wifi is greyed out when it wants turn on, don´t recognize none network, I have from ios 14.3 that I can´t connect me to none network.
