I have my Mac running Mojave set up to work with FaceTime. I can make calls without any problem. But lately whenever I receive I FaceTime call (either audio or video), the FaceTime app opens on my Mac, I can hear the ring tone, but no popup appears to accept or decline a call. I am forced to take the call on my iPhone. Any solutions for this problem?

We see you're currently unable to answer your FaceTime calls because the popup menu isn't appearing. Be sure to restart the Mac with the steps here, Log out, sleep, restart, or shut down your Mac. Test the FaceTime calls to see if the behavior persists.
