My iPhone 6s Plus - why cant i access my cloud, purchases, subscriptions info in settings at the top of first page of settings where my name is? I’ve tried restarting and resetting network settings. When I tap I get no response. It’s dead!

Hello Diana,
It sounds like your iCloud account is not usable at the top of your Settings app. This can be caused by having Screen Time restrictions enabled. In particular under the Content and Privacy Restrictions, there is a category labeled Account Changes.

You are absolutely correct!. Before I saw your reply I took my phone to the best free Mac guy locally (works for apple) and that’s what he found. I had just turned that feature on thinking I’d protect my grandsons not realizing I had to turn it off when I’m using the phone!
