iPad 5th Generation not seeing iPadOS 14 update

I have a 5th Generation iPad model MP2J2LL/A. According to the press release I should see the iPadOS 14 update, but when I go to Settings, General, and Software Update, it says iPadOS 13.7 Your Software is up to date. Automatic updates is set to on. Why don't I see iPadOS 14?

iPadOS 13.2.2 no longer an update option My iPad Air 2 has the red circle indicating an update is available but when I select Software Update in Settings, the response is now “iOS 12.4.1 Your software is up to date.” Has Apple pulled the iOS 13 updates, do to the massive problems, or is there something else going on?

That device is capable of getting iOS 14.

Are you trying on wifi or cellular?

Have you tried to connect via a PC or Mac?

Seems like that will work. From the Mac I have the option to update to 14.0.1. Thank you for your help.
