My Iphone wont work

Im unsure on what exactly is wrong with my phone. Everything was working fine, I was on facetime with a friend and everything was fine. Now it wont let me click on any apps, it wont let me power down, it wont even let me turn my phone off. I cant do anything.

iPhone Glitch So I was on FaceTime and my phone was on 1% so I went to go charge it just in time. When I am charging it, I can't get into any of my apps, can't restart my phone, can't call or message anyone, not even use Siri, also can't just turn off the phone. It has been almost four hours and no change. I don't know what to do?!
