I have a brand new Iphone 11 Promax and a brand new set of airpods pro and they are freezing my iphone. Also sometimes it will just pause the freeze and play something else randomly. I tried them on an iphone xr and it did the same. Please help!!!
Well I’ve figured it out no other blue tooth device can be connected. I had to disconnect my Apple Watch to use them. And when u get in the car I have to unhook my phone from being on blue tooth with my car
Yes that did work! Apple needs to get that fixed ASAP!
Same issue here, the workaround to disable bluetooth on the Apple Watch first is working though.
This fixed my problem but I have to keep doing this everytime... It's a pain in the butt. Is it a bug???
The whole situation is ridiculous - Apple don’t factor in people having more than 1 Apple device..... 🙄
I’ve just turned my Bluetooth off on my watch and now they work. Thanks for the tip but I agree that Apple really need to sort this out.
I have same issue but once I disconnected the Apple Watch then connect the airpods its works

Any updates on how we simply place out $250 AirPods in our ears and use them with our apple watches without leaving one of them at home? It’s been months now!
