Unknown Computers in my Network

Hi,

I noticed some unknown computers appear, disappear and reappear time to time in my networks on my Macbook Pro. I literally have no idea who these computers are and what their relation with my computer is. Anybody knows why such things happen and how may i prevent such occassions? Did I get hacked?

Random Network on My computer Hello. Yesterday I was hacked somehow, where the hacker managed to get into all of my google accounts, facebook, etc and even after I changed my passwords they managed to get in (but were kicked out as I had set counter measures). Today Im looking through my computer because I suspect its a form of malware in the computer itself (since google was also telling me that), and I find a network (SMB) I had never made. Could this be the root cause of them being able to acquire my information so easily? Is there a way to get rid of such network I have no access to? I have completely restarted my computer (deleting Monterey, all of my drives, etc) but thats there. Its important to mention that I had previously had bootcamp, where I think all of this originated from? Basically, im not sure on what they're doing, and im extremely desperate. Even if it isnt them who put the network, I want to get rid of it. Even if it means getting rid of my driver again, or doing whatever I need to do.

Unknown Network in my Finder Hey community, here is my problem: When I open my finder I saw that just now there popped up an unknown network called 'smith'. I have seen the network coming up before, but never thought anything of it so never checked it. Here is no network or Wifi other than my own near me, nor a printer device etc. I do not have a lot of data on my macbook air itself, but I did have some issues with hackers in one of my e-mail accounts. How can I block this? Guest user box was never ticked anyway.

Dozens of unknow PC suddenly in my MacBook Pro network **** and about ten others suddenly showed up on my wife's MBP. When we blocked three actively connected and then a dozen more appeared. She is taking classes from the German unemployment office in coding and was working in Java. She downloaded Java packages from Jintel IDEA Junit4 Junit5 and something with 5.8.6 The first sign of odd behavior was her computer stops connecting to 5 ghz network and only the 2.4 network We found someone in our guest network which is password protected (ALL of our networks are password protected.) Anyone know how to check for the latest Russian hacks on Macs? Any other ideas? [Re-Titled by Moderator]

You are not hacked.

These are computers nearby, on the same network or within WiFi radius. The pose no danger. It just means that these machines are available to link to, but to do that both you and the owner of the other machine would have to explicitly set it up between you.
