Thank you So Much Jjames90!
I am posting some instructions below, including yours.
I really have NO IDEA WHY APPLE NEEDS TO AUTOMATICALLY SET AN ALARM ON A PERSONS PHONE EACH DAY. Because APPLE AUTOMATICALLY SETS AN ALARM ON MY PHONE, I have been wakened in the middle of my unusual sleep time about 100 times and often have Not Been Able to Get Back to Sleep.
To Stop iPhone from Controlling Your Life AND Automatically Setting an Alarm at a Time You Don't Want:
For some reason Apple Automatically Sets an alarm on your phone each day. To see the alarm that Apple Automatically Set open the Clock App. The first entry is "Alarm Sleep Wake Up", which for some reason APPLE AUTOMATICALLY SETS (It's wakened me up early about 100 times, as I have a non-normal sleep schedule.)
To STOP APPLE FROM AUTOMATICALLY SETTING AN ALARM ON YOUR PHONE:
Open the Health App.
Tap Browse (bottom right, 4 small squares).
Scroll down and Tap Sleep.
Under Your Schedule Tap the Sleep Schedule button OFF.
If the above doesn't work you can set your phone so APPLE IS ABLE TO ONLY SET AN ALARM ON YOUR PHONE ONE DAY A WEEK (RATHER THAN THE SEVEN DAYS A WEEK APPLE AUTOMATICALLY SETS AN ALARM ON YOUR PHONE). Do this:
Open the Health App.
Tap Browse (bottom right, 4 small squares).
Scroll down and Tap Sleep.
Under Full Schedule, tap Edit.
Choose one Day to be Active and set your Bedtime and Wake Up times.
Doing this results in you ONLY HAVING TO REMEMBER TO CHECK YOUR CLOCK ONE DAY A WEEK TO STOP APPLE FROM AUTOMATICALLY SETTING AN ALARM ON YOUR PHONE.
