green lines or bars randomly across screen- only in export

I am randomly getting green horizontal lines (or bars) that flash across the screen- but only in the export.

I see some very old discussions on this, but nothing with Current versions of Final Cut.

Final Cut Pro X 10.4.10 - Mac Pro 2013, 128GB memory, 2.7GHz 12 core, Radeon Pro580 8GB, 24TB OWC Raid for 'working' disc.

I still have original video files (from GoPro Hero9 black, 4k 60fps)- but it is a rather long project and I really don't want to do it all over if I don't have to.

ideas?

Yes, original is the same frame rate.

the 'letterbox' is because I captured it from my iPad when viewing. the same lines appear when viewed directly.

files play perfectly, the project plays perfect on the timeline.

Earlier I export to Youtube and a short clip looked just fine (I have not tried it since I have filled the timeline with all the video.

it is set to optimize media when imported.

I did find out one useful item.

the only time I'm getting the green lines is when I export to 'Apple 4k devices'.

If I got 'full size' for computer, it works fine. But I can't playback to AppleTV

Try a short test optimizing a couple of clips and putting them in a project.
