Contacts App - Tips and Tricks

Good Afternoon,

Its come to my attention that the contacts app has nifty little tricks you can use to make dialling phone numbers and such easier!

If you have an extension to a phone number you’re calling, you can have your phone automatically dial the extension by adding a comma between the phone number and the extension.

I wanted more information about this, so my question for the community is are there more symbols I can use to have my phone perform more special operations?

For example: I have an extension, but the phone number asks me to dial 3 first to dial by extension, how would I have my phone do this entire process on its own?

Thanks.
