Keynote - Static Presenter Notes

Hi there,

We're working with a speaker who would like to run his KeyNote presentation in Zoom - which we have figured out using Rehearse Slide Show. The issue we can't solve is he has his presenter notes on one slide only. He wants those to stay static, and the slides to advance. He has only one screen (so can't load it twice which we thought would be a work around.)

Does anyone know if there is a way to keep the notes static in Rehearse slide show option?

Thanks in advance!

Jen

Recommend having a look at this marmots video - 4 Ways to Present from Mac Keynote Over Zoom.

He could have Keynote in a window (the second way at 3:00, Play > Play Slideshow in a Window), and have his static notes outside that window in another app on his Mac. That might work if there aren't lot of fancy transitions and effects.

Or he could try Keynote at iCloud.com (8:00) and present from Safari, with the notes in another app on the Mac.
