Airpods Pro & laptop video call issues

Hello there,

I have issues with listening to sounds from video calls on my Microsoft Surface (Windows 10) with my Airpods Pro. There are no issues when I am solely listening to Spotify/ YouTube but during video calls such as Zoom & Microsoft Teams, I'll either hear buzzing sounds or completely nothing.

Is there any way I could fix this? Thank you!

When I use the AirPods on my mac, and try calling people on Zoom or others, they hear my voice (coming from the airpods mic) very unclear, as if I was sitting in a sewer. I also hear some noise in the headphones' speakers. When I change in the communicator settings to use the airpods just to listen, and the mac internal mic to record, the noise stops and the people can hear me normally. But this does not occur on the iphone when calling, using FaceTime, Messenger, etc. I'm kinda hopeless. Does this mean that these apps (Zoom, Google Hangouts, Skype) have problems operating with the airpods? Thanks a lot

Calls on Mac Mini M1 via AirPods I have a problem where if my airpods is connected to my Mac Mini and i enter a call the sound quality decreases immensly, the reciever also gets poor audio from my mic. I would like to ask for recommendations to fix that issue somehow. The AirPods connects to the Mac perfectly,the problem only occures during calls, like a discrod call or a google merting for instance. The AirPods works perfectly during calls if it’s connected to another device. Thanks for your reply in advance.

We understand that you're having some audio quality issues while using your AirPods Pro with your Microsoft Surface. It also seems to be isolated to video conferencing apps.

Do you have a second device that you can pair your AirPods Pro to, to see if the issue continues there as well?
