iPhone 12 Pro Wireless Charging Issues

From, my experience, the iPhone 12 Pro did not work with my older charger, then, with one update it got fixed it, and after this update,

it stoped working again. It’s a software issue. But seems like not very much people are using wireless charging.

I've charged my 12 Pro Max wirelessly every single day since I received it - I don't even have a plug-in charging cable anywhere but my car - and have had zero issues with any charger that claimed to support it.

I had issues with a Belkin, but Belkin said they did not support that charger with the iPhone 12 family.

I am beginning to hate my iPhone 12 pro max! The speaker cuts out & when I’m speaking on the phone with other people they can’t hear me for 10 or 12 seconds at a time it will not charge magnetically it’s full of glitches! Nice screen but the rest of it sucks.

1) I charge my 12 Pro Max via MagSafe chargers every day. I don't even have a charger set up with a Lightning cable in my home., they're MagSafe only. No issues since the November release date.

2) I spend at least two hours a day using it as a phone and have never experienced the audio issue you describe.

I got the iPhone 12 pro and the MagSafe Charger, but instead of charging my Akku is slightly decreasing while its been charged (Icon tells me). I dont know if this 2 mm plastic foil is the problem. If it is like that magsafe is probably kinda useless. And yes the 20w Charger and the MagSafe are Original from Apple. Dont wanna know how fast it would decharge if it wasn’t Original Apple or even no 20w Adapter…

Depending upon the model of stand, if it's one PureGear claims is compatible, your issue is with them to make it work.

For example, they offer a 10w two coil stand they claim is compatible with the entire iPhone 12 family:

This needs to be officially reported somehow - I have the same problem.

Yet millions of iPhone 12 owners have zero issues charging wirelessly, so have you been working directly with Apple Support?

Anyone tried installing iOS 14.3 and fixed the wireless charging issue ? I saw there a note in the 14.3 update saying this

• Devices could be prevented from charging wirelessly

Looks like the iOS 14.2 update will fix the problem

Same problem the wireless charging pad in my car works fine with my old iPhone 11 but will not work with iPhone 12
