Thank you for contacting ReSound.
I am sorry to hear that you are having issues with your new phone. Apple has just released the new iPhone 12 so we can now begin testing for compatibility with ReSound hearing aids as well as our apps. As the iPhone 12 is a newer device and not yet officially compatible, I do not have a lot to go on yet.
You can try a reset of your network settings as this can improve and often resolve many connectivity and streaming issues. If this does not alleviate the issue, I encourage you to contact Apple Accessibility at 877-204-3930
Here are the steps to reset network settings:
Please note: Resetting the network settings may cause the mobile device to forget saved Wi-Fi passwords. * No content or data will be lost.
If you take advantage of one of the ReSound apps, you will need to completely close the app out by swiping it away and then relaunch it to allow it to import the information from the fresh pairing.

I just purchased a iPhone 12 and I am experiencing white noise static through my Bluetooth hearing aid connection.
iPad Pro with iOS14.1 works fine. Somehow the Bluetooth stack on this device is not affected.
Thanks for all your input and efforts. Glad to hear it has been escalated since I was really worried about to having to buy a new ReSound set. They are expensive!
So what’s to be done? I still have about two weeks to take my new iPhone back. A lot of money for a product that does not work.
I trust Apple to fix this as soon as possible. I'm not worried about it. It's annoying, but it will be fine, I think.
And if not, we'll see what Apple will do!

I use amazon echo in the car and it plays music from my phone.. several times yesterday the music stopped and I wondered about that.
