Bootcamp Bluetooth Devices Not Connecting

I've installed Windows 10 on my MacBook Pro (2016) a few times over the past few months and I always run into the same issue with trying to connect my Apple Mouse & Keyboard, they just won't connect.

I've got the latest Bootcamp support software installed, updated using the Apple Software Update on Windows, tried connecting the devices on MacOS and then booting into Windows, removed the devices on MacOS and then tried to connect on Windows but they still don't work.

Everything else is working perfectly I just can't my keyboard and mouse to connect.

I've tried contacting Apple Support and Windows Support, both keep pointing me in each others direction!

Can anyone help?

I think I solved it!!!

I went to Windows Update, chose Optional Updates and then clicked on the Broadcom one that was available.

The wireless devices are now connected and stay connected!

Thanks for all your help Loner T!

Thanks Loner T, how do I run an SMC/NVRAM reset?

I managed to get the devices connected last night but if I don’t move the mouse or use the keyboard for a couple of seconds they become inactive and I have to open the Bluetooth settings again for them to reconnect.

Can you check if the BT driver has a Power Management tab?
