Health App keeps lowering volume of BT speaker and earbuds to 50%

Since the latest update, my iPhone keeps on lowering volume when listening to musing both with bluetooth earbuds and speakers. I get a notification telling me I've exceeded the limit and that volume has been reduced. The health app tells me that this cannot be disabled. Is this really a "feature" that cannot be turned off? I'm frustrated beyond belief.

I just did the steps and it worked, got them from Apple , turned off in Settings, you can prevent changes to the maximum headphone volume. Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Reduce Loud Sounds, then select Don’t Allow.

Make sure screen time is active and then follow the steps

Only thing working for me is to reset BT sound levels data in health app. But this needs to be done very time the stupid thing goes off again. Thanks to the EU idiots we now have a very expensive BT audio device that goes off at random intervals.

Am not happy, to say the least.

How to clear all Health data from your iPhone

  1. Launch Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Under the Settings menu, swipe to the bottom and tap on Health.
  3. Tap on Data Access & Devices located under Data. ...
  4. Now, choose your iPhone, and at the bottom, tap on Delete All Data from your iPhone.

It was already explained to you that Apple does not participate here, so saying things like, "seriously Apple please add an option to turn off soon" is not received by Apple.

When you are connected to Bluetooth, understand that Bluetooth headphones and speakers use the same Bluetooth profile to connect and therefore the iPhone has no idea what is connected to the phone, so they are all treated the same way. Use the feedback link I provided you on December 10 to provide feedback to Apple to let them know what you think of this.

This feature is so annoying. Apple have no idea just how useless this is. It does not not take into account every item that can be plugged into the iPhone that died not sit in the ear. I.e I have a pillow speaker that sits under a pillow so when I try to sleep the ‘radio’ plays away.

as it is under a pillow the volume is on full. But what I actually get is a low level in the background. Now however The idiots in California think my radio is too loud and every night it is automatically turned down - when I wake during the night I have to grapple with the iPhone and turn the volume back up ... please allow the adults in the room to control what they have paid over the odds for and made you folk in California so rich!!!

I want to control my own sound!!!!!
