Since the latest update, my iPhone keeps on lowering volume when listening to musing both with bluetooth earbuds and speakers. I get a notification telling me I've exceeded the limit and that volume has been reduced. The health app tells me that this cannot be disabled. Is this really a "feature" that cannot be turned off? I'm frustrated beyond belief.

I just did the steps and it worked, got them from Apple , turned off in Settings, you can prevent changes to the maximum headphone volume. Go to Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Reduce Loud Sounds, then select Don’t Allow.
Make sure screen time is active and then follow the steps
Sort this out Apple - your annoying!

Yes this is very annoying. Maybe by the time we get to the iphone 20 we’ll be able to play music on our phones. Makes me want to go and buy an ipod shuffle.
its a direct violation of the americans with disabilities act and they need to be sued.
